Register a GitHub, Slack, or Figma credential

Only github, slack, and figma accept this endpoint. The selected user must belong to this application. Credentials are checked and encrypted, and never returned. Google OAuth initiation requires a signed-in administrator and is outside this backend-key API.

When Google stopped accepting this account's sign-in. Tools refuse the connection until the user signs in again with the same account, which clears it.

4XX400 invalid input; 401 missing/revoked credentials; 403 disallowed operation/application; 404 missing or inaccessible resource; 409 conflicting submission/version/state; 413 body too large; 415 unsupported content type. Inspect error.code, not message text.
