Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of trickroom.xyz, the Trickroom dashboard and the Trickroom API (together, the “Service”), provided by Trickroom (“Trickroom”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you have the authority to do so.

1. The Service

Trickroom lets you build applications that run AI jobs, on computers we host, with the tools and accounts you connect. We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. Keep your password, passkeys and API keys secure; you are responsible for everything done with your account and keys. Tell us at help@trickroom.xyz if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content and your users

You keep ownership of the content you and your applications send to the Service and the results jobs produce. You give us permission to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you build an application for other people, you are responsible for it and for how it uses their information. You must tell them how you use it, in your own privacy policy, and have the rights and consents needed, including when they connect their own accounts such as Google.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • send spam, or commit fraud, phishing or impersonation;
  • access accounts, systems or data without permission, or distribute malware;
  • harass, threaten or harm others, or create content that exploits children;
  • interfere with the Service, get around its limits or security, or use it to attack other systems;
  • violate the terms of third-party services that jobs use, including websites they visit.

5. AI output and actions

Jobs are carried out by AI models, which can make mistakes. Review output before relying on it for anything important. Jobs can act on your behalf, for example sending messages, changing files or requesting payments. You choose what jobs can do through your settings, approvals and spending limits, and you are responsible for the actions your jobs and applications take.

6. Third-party services

The Service works with services we do not control, such as AI model providers, Google, GitHub, Slack, Figma, Firecrawl and Stripe. Your use of them is also governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Fees

Paid features are billed by usage, such as model use and computer time, at the prices shown in the dashboard, through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. We may suspend paid features if payment fails, and we will give notice before changing prices.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, to protect the Service or other users, or if the law requires it; where reasonable, we will tell you first. Sections 3, 5 and 9 through 12 continue to apply after termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service or any job output will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Trickroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and hold Trickroom harmless from claims arising from your content, your applications or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and Trickroom consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do, and tell account holders about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
